Digital products and seller

Guest-Ready is operated by VelmoraNexus LLC, 1001 S Main St STE 600, Kalispell, Montana 59901, United States. We sell downloadable checklists, templates and reference tools. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Buyers must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.

Payment and delivery

Orders are completed only after successful payment authorization. Digital delivery follows our Digital Delivery Policy. Refund and cancellation requests follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

License

Each purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the files for the buyer’s own hosting, cleaning or property-management operations. You may print copies and share working copies with cleaners or team members supporting those operations.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload for public access, give away or claim the templates or files as your own product.

Third-party services

Some products may include access through Canva or another clearly identified service. Those services have their own terms and availability, and a free account may be required.

Important disclaimer and affiliations

Guest-Ready products are organizational tools and general information. They are not legal, safety, insurance, accounting, maintenance or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for adapting the materials to your property, team, local rules and professional obligations.

Use does not guarantee that every issue will be detected or that a guest will leave a particular rating. Guest-Ready and VelmoraNexus LLC are not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb, Canva or any booking platform.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelmoraNexus LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Any direct liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
