Digital Delivery Policy
All Guest-Ready products are digital. Nothing is physically shipped.

After a successful payment, download or access instructions are provided on the order confirmation page, sent to the email address used at checkout, or both.
Delivery timing
Digital access is normally provided shortly after payment is confirmed. Please allow up to 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the email entered at checkout is correct.
If your files do not arrive
Email Hello@nookshift.com with your checkout email and receipt number. We will help verify the order and restore access when appropriate.
File requirements
Products may include PDF, PNG and Canva-access files. The buyer is responsible for having a compatible device, PDF reader and internet access. A free Canva account may be required for editable templates unless the product page states otherwise.
No physical shipping
No printed item, binder or physical package will be mailed. Shipping addresses, shipping rates and tracking numbers do not apply.
